Africa is suffering a brain drain and the big four – Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia – are the hardest hit. This exodus has been termed the brain drain. According to the World Bank, Africa’s big four – Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia are the hardest hit.
Professionals are seeking better career, financial and political climates and the drain takes place mostly in senior management.
